What You'll Do
  • Develop comprehensive subject matter expertise of our core administrative platform, encompassing its administrative functions, internal user interfaces, and customer-facing portals.
  • Coordinate the platform intake request process from beginning to end, including uploading new digital and print resources, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance, managing timelines, and providing clear status communications.
  • Manage the administrative email inbox for the platform, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
  • Generate and utilize administrative reports to monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively contribute to the overall product and process improvement initiatives for the platform.
  • Provide dedicated user support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues or general inquiries via email and meetings.
  • Coordinate the escalation of complex issues and submit tickets to IT teams, actively supporting through to resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for new platform users and provide platform demonstrations as requested.
  • Create and regularly update user materials and technical documentation for the platform.
  • Capture and manually edit images of the platform portal, user materials, and email notifications, demonstrating basic graphic editing skills.
  • Create and upload PDFs with detailed comments and annotations for various processes.
  • Manage end-to-end review and approval workflows using our content management system.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing detailed test scripts and executing test cases.
  • Perform post-release validations and regression testing to ensure platform stability and functionality.

  • A process-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating and optimizing complicated technical processes and procedures.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively, with a keen eye for flagging potential risks or impediments early.
  • Proven project management skills, specifically with experience in administering a complex platform.
