JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a NetSuite System Administrator to oversee and optimize our critical ERP System and its integration with other SaaS applications. In this role, you will manage administrative functions for NetSuite and contribute to its configuration and support various integration and availability initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting advanced technical issues, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring high availability of essential IT systems.
As part of the IT team, you will help to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration on technology projects, stay informed about emerging trends, and propose improvements to enhance our infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will also create and maintain documentation and project plans while making something better every day.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • System Administration & Configuration
    • Administer and configure NetSuite ERP modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
    • Implement new features, customizations, workflows, and dashboards using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk.
    • Maintain system integrity through regular audits, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Integration and Sharing
    • Maintain the integration with 3rd party application using Celigo iPaaS
    • Create new integration with 3rd party applications using Celigo iPaaS to aid automation, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
    • Lead digital transformation initiatives and ERP upgrades.
    • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • User Support & Training
    • Provide expert-level support to end-users and stakeholders.
    • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to promote system adoption.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits and validation.
    • Develop custom reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to integration efforts and uphold availability targets across various business systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to assist in advanced technical troubleshooting and develop effective solutions.
  • Implement proactive measures to ensure high availability of NetSuite as well as integrated applications and mitigate potential risks.
  • Contribute to IT initiatives and provide resource support to facilitate successful, cross-functional project outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging IT technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements for existing systems.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring swift restoration of critical services when needed.
  • Manage user accounts across internal and external systems, maintaining security and governance controls.
  • Aid in writing clear, concise documentation and technical instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in process improvement through work elimination and automation.

  • Understanding of financial work processes of General Ledger, Chart of accounts structures, Accounts Payable and Receivables processes, Asset management, project accounting, Month end close, financial reporting, balance sheets and income statements.
  • Understanding how to configure custom records, fields, drop down lists, saved searches, and dashboards
  • Understanding how to import data and perform data transformations within NetSuite.
  • Basic project management skills of documenting scope, developing requirements documents, developing work break down structures, estimating time, tracking issues, and performing change management activities is required.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance functions.
  • Working in an IT department or other capacity supporting a major ERP package, tracking metrics, troubleshooting problems, and supporting end users.
  • Experience integrating business systems and platforms.
  • Preferred experience of EPM Tool Set (NSPB, NSAR), not required.
  • Experience scripting or automating tasks.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Display capability and passion for innovation and creative problem solving.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science preferred or Equivalent experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on managing business systems.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and Administering NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and architecture.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
  • Relevant industry certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, or other accreditation is preferred.

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience)
