• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories in substance abuse as well as related mental health disorders.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans rooted in clinical evidence that address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapy models to promote lasting recovery.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes for clients.
• Engage families of clients by providing guidance and support to ensure their active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records that uphold the standards set forth by regulatory bodies and best practice guidelines.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. The population is diverse, comprising various age groups and backgrounds, and often needing specialized, trauma-informed care. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and therapeutic space where clients can work on recovery in a non-judgmental environment.

• A valid and active license such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Formal training or significant experience in addiction counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in this specialty.
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to motivate clients towards positive change.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth or those who have worked in multidisciplinary teams are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a plus, as you will be actively utilizing these methods in treatment sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
