As part of our outpatient team, you will engage with clients using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, promoting privacy and safety for all virtual sessions. We provide a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system that simplifies documentation and ensures compliance with insurance regulations.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions focusing on mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnosis treatment.
• Develop and implement structured treatment programs tailored to clients’ unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, adhering to best practices for confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths and challenges, facilitating goal setting and progress tracking.
• Incorporate evidence-based methodologies to guide interventions, ensuring client engagement and successful outcomes.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation to foster professional growth and improve therapeutic techniques.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in the provided EHR system to ensure quality of care and compliance with insurance requirements.

Your work will predominantly involve helping adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral disorders. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• Strong technological proficiency with the ability to conduct telehealth sessions effectively using minimal resources.
• Exceptional independent work capabilities, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check is a prerequisite for employment.

While a minimum of three years’ experience is required, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or working with specific populations (such as children or veterans) will be highly favored.
