Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving individual client goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions that are supportive and transformative.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions appropriate for each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional challenges and develop coping mechanisms tailored to their personal experiences.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.
• Proficient in employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A profound commitment to ethical practices, prioritizing client confidentiality and welfare.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in providing trauma-informed care, working with addiction recovery, and employing integrative therapeutic approaches.
