As a Telehealth Specialist, you will work primarily from home, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. Though the role is largely remote, you may occasionally be required to attend in-office meetings or sessions to collaborate with your clinical team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and establish attainable goals for clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of women, teens, and children impacted by domestic violence.
• Maintain diligent case management, tracking all counseling cases assigned and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines in record-keeping.
• Facilitate community referrals and connect clients with vital resources, helping them navigate challenges related to mental health and family dynamics.
• Maintain regular attendance and active participation in clinical supervision meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and emotional support to clients, fostering trust and promoting resilience during challenging times.
• Provide parenting support and play therapy sessions for children when appropriate, utilizing creative methodologies to engage young clients effectively.

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health support for women, teens, and children who have been exposed to or are currently living in environments marked by domestic violence. Your work will be essential in helping clients rebuild their lives, enhance their coping skills, and support their emotional healing through trauma-informed care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Candidates must possess an active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Illinois.
• Experience in individual counseling and family interventions is a requirement for this position.
• Availability to work late afternoons (3-8 pm) at least two evenings per week, with a preference for candidates who can offer weekend hours.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in play therapy and community resource navigation.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapeutic environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations, particularly those affected by domestic violence.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
