Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions using video chat platforms to facilitate meaningful connections with clients.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy modalities to address the specific mental health needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique backgrounds and circumstances of your clients.
• Facilitate client self-exploration to foster insights regarding their experiences, feelings, and relationships.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans wherever necessary to support optimal mental health outcomes.
• Support clients in establishing healthy coping mechanisms tailored to their individual challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with varying mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress-related concerns. Our main objective is to empower clients to develop the skills and resilience necessary to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC) that allows for independent practice. Please specify your credentials and licensed state in your application.
• No limited/provisional license or disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate digital tools effectively for telehealth sessions.
• A functional computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate virtual counseling sessions.
• A reliable internet connection is essential to ensure seamless communication with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote counseling setting is highly beneficial, though not required.
• Familiarity with various solution-focused therapeutic modalities and their application in practice.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide various benefits including a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, a counselor portal to minimize administrative burden, and a structure that guarantees minimal paperwork. You can expect to quickly build a full caseload, often within just weeks of joining our network.
