As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Designing and implementing effective, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking their unique experiences and goals into account.
• Facilitating the development of insights for clients regarding their thoughts, feelings, and relational dynamics.
• Monitoring client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and helping clients cultivate healthy coping mechanisms.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) that allows you to work independently. Please specify your credentials and state of licensure in your application; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates must ensure a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a strong empathy-driven nature.
• Proficient computer literacy, including the ability to use counseling platforms and telehealth software.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.
• A dependable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client interactions.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in a similar role will be preferred. Previous involvement in multi-disciplinary teamwork or organizations focused on integrated care could be advantageous in this position.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon your hours of work and experience. Our compensation package includes:
