• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients, helping them identify and address mental health issues, build coping strategies, and foster resilience.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, maintaining comprehensive documentation in our EHR system.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively assist clients in overcoming emotional and psychological challenges.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client privacy during every interaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed to enhance patient care, providing insights and input based on your specialized knowledge.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment interventions based on individual responses and ongoing assessments.

The population served includes diverse clients seeking mental health support for various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis issues. Your role as a counselor will focus on creating a safe and therapeutic environment that fosters trust, engagement, and healing. By attentively listening and responding to each client’s concerns and aspirations, you will significantly impact their journey toward improved mental health.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient technology skills, including a reliable laptop/desktop, internet connection, and webcam for telehealth sessions.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established schedules and client needs.
• Completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary to meet client commitments.

• Experience with various counseling techniques and assessment tools.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, supplemented by performance bonuses. Full-time counselors will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring access to necessary health coverage.
