About The Role

As our Web Experience Manager, you'll manage ScalePad's most important digital experience, our website.


More than a marketing channel, our website is where prospects form first impressions, partners discover our solutions, customers deepen their engagement, and future Rocketeers decide whether they want to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring every interaction reflects the quality, trust, and innovation behind the ScalePad brand.

You'll manage the website end-to-end, leading its strategy, user experience, designs, and ongoing optimization. You'll help shape how ScalePad is discovered across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered experiences, while continuously improving performance through data, experimentation, and thoughtful design.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally strategic and hands-on. You're passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, have a strong eye for design, understand modern web technologies, and love using data to make experiences better. You're just as comfortable discussing information architecture and user journeys as you are partnering with marketers to optimize conversions. You actively seek opportunities to use AI to work smarterleveraging tools like Codex, Claude Code, and emerging AI technologies to build pages faster, streamline development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve the speed and quality of web delivery.

You'll work closely with Brand, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Product, and Executives to ensure our website remains a world-class experience that drives measurable business impact.

What Youll Own

Get ready to go beyond order-taking. Your strategic responsibilities include:

  • Manage ScalePad's Website End-to-End-Take ownership of ScalePad's website, ensuring every page delivers an intuitive, engaging, and high-performing experience. Maintain and continuously improve existing pages, proactively resolving issues and ensuring every feature, form, and experience functions exactly as intended.
  • Lead Web Projects from Concept to Launch-Own web projects from intake to launch. Partner with Campaign Managers, Product Marketing, and Brand to transform content into exceptional digital experiences by creating wireframes and designs in Figma, gathering stakeholder feedback, building pages, managing approvals, publishing content, and monitoring post-launch performance.
  • Build Exceptional Digital Experiences-Design and develop campaign landing pages, product launch pages, feature announcement pages, customer stories, partner pages, webinar experiences, resource hubs, and flagship initiatives such as Ignition and the annual Trends Report. Continuously explore new interactive experiencesincluding calculators, assessments, and other engaging toolsthat elevate the ScalePad brand.
  • Build a Marketing Platform, Not Just a Website-Own and evolve our Sanity CMS by creating scalable content models, reusable components, publishing workflows, and governance that empower Marketing teams to independently build and update pages while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand standards. Partner closely with Marketing Operations to ensure the website remains a fully integrated part of ScalePad's marketing technology ecosystem, supporting accurate tracking, attribution, automation, and seamless visitor experiences.
  • Build and Maintain Our Web Design System-Develop and evolve a modular web design system and reusable component library that enables faster page creation, consistent user experiences, and scalable design across the website.
  • Champion Technical Excellence-Manage the health and reliability of ScalePad's website by proactively monitoring site functionality, page performance, accessibility (WCAG), Core Web Vitals, SEO & AEO health, browser compatibility, and overall user experience. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure forms, analytics, GTM tags, and conversion tracking are implemented and functioning correctly.
  • Build Faster with AI-Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other emerging technologies to accelerate page development, automate repetitive workflows, prototype new components, and continuously improve the speed and quality of web delivery.
  • Drive Website Growth, Discoverability, and Optimization-Partner closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to deliver high-performing campaign experiences and continuously improve ScalePad's website as a growth engine. Implement and maintain technical best practices across SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), structured data, semantic markup, website architecture, analytics, and conversion tracking to improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. Use analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing, and user behaviour insights to continuously optimize engagement, conversion, and website performance while prioritizing enhancements that balance user needs, business objectives, and emerging web trends.

  • 5+ years of experience managing websites or digital experiences in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Sanity CMS is a plus, including building content models, reusable components, publishing workflows, governance, and scalable authoring experiences that empower non-technical marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern web design principles, UX, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, information architecture, and conversion-focused user experiences.
  • Strong visual design skills with an exceptional eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design. Comfortable creating web mockups and prototypes in Figma and collaborating with Creative to deliver polished digital experiences.
  • Experience building responsive websites using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js or similar frameworks) and understanding modern CMS architecture.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar to accelerate web development, automate workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), website architecture, and technical best practices, with experience partnering with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Proven experience using analytics, experimentation, heatmaps, and user behaviour insights to continuously improve website performance.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead web projects from concept through launch while balancing design, development, and business objectives.
