• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients, integrating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies as necessary.
• Document client progress and all related paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize established evidence-based practices and clinical screening tools determined by our interdisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that promote client growth and recovery.
• Participate actively in the organization's ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care.
• Act as a liaison with community resources, governmental agencies, and relevant service systems to support our clients' needs effectively.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and their families to foster relationships built on trust and transparency.

Your clients will consist of diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, managing developmental disabilities, or coping with brain injuries. You will be instrumental in empowering them to take charge of their recovery journey, enhance their coping skills, and foster connections with the community.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory for this role.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing direct counseling or therapy to clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment planning is preferred but not required.
