  • Partner with Operations & Talent team members to own the budgeting and scoping process of both current and prospective clients
  • Continually monitor hours and budgets against project/client scope
  • Track project financials and project timelines
  • Create and update timekeeping project cards for accurate time tracking

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience within an agency facilitating the execution of creative deliverables
  • Experience working with a project management system (Asana, WorkFront, Monday, etc.)
  • Ability to work confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of when and how to delegate, including delegating up as needed
  • Accountability, collaborative spirit, and a calm, confident presence with keen problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • A proven track record of success finding creative solutions for a wide variety of client requests and business problems
  • Strong leadership, organizational and teambuilding skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and skilled at juggling and setting multiple priorities, as needed
  • Beginner-level understanding of utilizing AI, a plus

The project manager will reside in our Operations & Talent department with a very close working relationship to our resource manager, creative, digital and account team members.
To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing more about your qualifications and interest in joining the CSG team.
