  • Help prioritize reporting, reconciliation, productivity, and decision-support opportunities for customers and internal teams, including Flex operations where applicable.
  • Define use cases for dashboards, operational reporting, data quality controls, exception handling, and AI-assisted insights.
  • Judge when needs can be met through configuration, data modeling, and automation versus broader platform capability.
  • Frame work so reusable BI and AI patterns can be turned into Green Solution Components and Pink Domain-Specific Products.
  • Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines, transformations, reconciliation logic, and curated reporting datasets.
  • Develop dashboards, semantic models, and analytics outputs using tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent approved tooling.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled BI solutions, including automated extraction, classification, summarization, anomaly detection, or agentic workflow support where relevant.
  • Configure workflow components supporting reporting, productivity, and data-driven operational processes.
  • Improve reliability, reusability, and visual quality of dashboards and reporting artifacts.
  • Document data lineage, assumptions, controls, and deployment steps for supportability and repeatability.
  • Support requirements workshops, technical discovery, demo participation, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure outputs are useful, understandable, and aligned to operational decisions.
  • Maintain feedback loops from live use into backlog priorities and solution improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience translating business processes into data requirements, analytical outputs, and workflow rules.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience building data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, SQL Server, or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled BI solutions, including automation, classification, anomaly detection, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong documentation skills for data lineage, logical assumptions, and deployment processes.
  • Ability to support requirements discovery, demos, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration across time zones with US leadership, AI, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Relevant technical certifications or experience in BI and AI solutions preferred.
