What You'll Do
  • Design and build high-quality templates for presentations, documents, and workbooks.
  • Create layouts, visual systems, and reusable design components that support a wide range of customer scenarios.
  • Apply strong design judgment to ensure every template is clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize.
  • Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, color, imagery, tables, charts, and content hierarchy.
  • Translate creative briefs and content requirements into practical, customer-ready template designs.
  • Support template production workflows by creating, editing, and quality-checking files across common office applications.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback and improve template quality.
  • Maintain strong attention to file structure, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform presentation quality.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a graphic design portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, composition, and visual design skills.
  • Experience designing professional content in presentation, document, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong understanding of template design, presentation design, document layout, and workbook formatting.
  • Proficiency with common office productivity suites, especially presentation, document, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience using common design tools and demonstrated experience using content generation tools.
  • Ability to follow creative direction, interpret briefs, and apply feedback efficiently.
  • Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation Range
