Job description

The Goldwater Institute seeks a creative and versatile Digital Communications Manager to help create, manage, and distribute content across social media, websites, video, graphic design, print materials, and digital marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities

●      Manage and grow Goldwater’s social media presence across major platforms.

●      Create and schedule social media content, graphics, and promotional campaigns.

●      Write content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other communications materials.

●      Design graphics, infographics, presentations, reports, handouts, and other print and digital materials.

●      Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

●      Maintain and update website content using WordPress.

●      Support digital marketing, email campaigns, webinars, events, podcasts, and other communications initiatives.

●      Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve audience engagement and reach.

Qualifications

●      2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, social media, digital content creation, or a related field.

●      Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

●      Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.

●      Experience creating graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

●      Experience editing video content for social media and digital platforms.

●      Experience managing website content using WordPress or similar content management systems.

●      Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

●      Experience with email marketing platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics.
