Short Description:

This is a position for a Business SME / BA with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. The project is the creation of an enterprise electronic health record.

Complete Description:

The Business Subject Matter Expert brings proven experience from related businesses or organizations as well as system integration and technology experience. Consults with the client to define needs or problems, conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes problems to advise and make recommendations on business and technical solutions based on hands-on experience solving similar business problems. Utilizes knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization.

As Business SME / BA with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, the candidate will perform functions in a scrum environment including:

  • Consulting with clients to determine needs, propose technical solutions
  • Developing user stories
  • Developing wireframes, workflows and other requirement artifacts
  • Developing user acceptance testing scripts
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Performing tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket resolutions
  • Performing advanced data analysis
  • Coordinating data cleanup
  • Participating in scrum teams as a subject matter expert or product owner
  • Participating in story grooming and product backlog grooming sessions
  • This position reports through the PMO Manager.

Required / Desired Skills

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) Required 5 Years
