Account Executive – Cybersecurity (Hunter | B2B | Regulated Markets)
About the InfoSight
InfoSight is a specialized Cybersecurity & Risk Management firm delivering 24x7 MDR/SOCaaS, security assurance & consulting, risk management, and regulatory compliance—focused on regulated industries and critical infrastructure (healthcare, energy, utilities, financial services, and public sector).
This is a true net-new, full-cycle Account Executive position. You will own the entire sales process at the executive level: cold outreach, pipeline creation, consultative/risk-based engagement, and deal execution from first touch to close. This is not transactional IT sales—it's strategic, executive cybersecurity selling.

Role Responsibilities:
• Self source and build a qualified pipeline within targeted verticals
 • Open C suite conversations through strategic outbound and multi-threaded prospecting
 • Lead executive discovery that translates cybersecurity risk into business and financial impact
 • Collaborate with presales and advisory teams to design and position managed security and risk solutions
 • Drive complex SOC, advisory, and risk engagements through procurement to close
You will be supported by Marketing and Presales Engineering Tean, but success in this role depends on your ability to create urgency, build executive trust, and win new logos in long, via cold outreach and consultative sales cycles.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proven B2B cybersecurity sales hunter who thrives in complex, consultative environments and knows how to build pipeline from scratch.
Core Experience and Capabilities
• 3+ years selling cybersecurity or IT services
 • Experience selling MSSP, SOC, MDR, compliance, governance, or risk management solutions
 • Consistent track record of exceeding quota through outbound prospecting
 • Proven ability to sell complex, non commodity solutions into regulated industries
 • Experience navigating multi stakeholder buying committees
 • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory drivers
 • Ability to translate cyber risk into clear business and financial impact
 • Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 • Self motivated, competitive, disciplined, and accountable in pipeline development
Nice to Have
• OT or ICS security sales experience
 • Experience selling into public utilities, healthcare, or financial services
 • Familiarity with frameworks such as HIPAA, NERC CIP, PCI DSS, GLBA, or FFIEC
 • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
If you are energized by opening doors, engaging C level leaders, and closing strategic cybersecurity engagements that protect critical infrastructure, we want to talk.
Compensation
$90,000 - $125,000; OTE $225,000

This is a remote position.
