This role offers a remote work environment within a school context, providing flexibility as you connect with students. You will collaborate primarily with educators, parents, and school administrators to assess student needs effectively and offer tailored interventions. Our clinic supports a balanced work-life schedule, considering your availability for evening or weekend sessions to accommodate students' schedules.

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments, identifying students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Provide individual therapy sessions and have the discernment to deliver family and group therapy based on the evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to actively participate in creating individualized education plans (IEPs) for students facing mental health challenges that hinder their academic success.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and measurable outcomes for each student while adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Engage in crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure student well-being during critical moments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment progress in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance students' coping skills and peer connections.

Your primary focus will be on elementary to high school-aged students dealing with various mental health issues. This includes students experiencing academic stress, family challenges, trauma-related disorders, or emotional distress that affects their classroom engagement. Working in this setting allows you to make a direct and profound impact on the mental health and academic success of young individuals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of post-master's clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with school-aged clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment capabilities, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based or educational setting.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educational staff.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and risk management.
