Wealth Access

Nashville, TN • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Re-posted 3 days ago

Job description

We are seeking a proven sales producer to serve as a primary contact, closer, and knowledgeable resource for enterprise sales. As an Account Executive at Wealth Access, you will own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting through close. You will work in close partnership with product, implementation, and client success teams to move deals forward and create lasting client relationships.
You'll report to the CEO and operate as an individual contributor with a personal quota, focused on new ARR generation across the bank and wealth management channel.
This position can be 100% remote -or- Hybrid in our beautiful Nashville, TN location and does require up to 30% travel to client meetings & events.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and social media campaigns
  • Qualify sales leads based on client needs and with a partnership mentality
  • Build and manage a pipeline by traveling and calling into various levels of an organization - identifying the right opportunities and handling objections
  • Close enterprise deals and support identification of sales opportunities with existing clients
  • Nurture and develop relationships with consultants and industry partners
  • Communicate pipeline status and potential closed business to company leadership
  • Represent Wealth Access in front of prospects and at market events

WHO YOU ARE
  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or financial services
  • Sales quota attainment for enterprise-level deals throughout sales career
  • Proven outbound motion - not a pure inbound closer
  • Deep familiarity with the bank and wealth management channel; strong existing relationships are a plus
  • BA/BS in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experienced Salesforce user; CRM-disciplined and consistent in pipeline hygiene
  • Genuine curiosity about banking and financial services; domain expertise is a plus, not a requirement
  • Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable with heavy travel as part of the role

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Wealth Access offers a competitive total compensation package commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market conditions. This role includes:
  • Equity participation
  • Flexible / unlimited PTO
  • Company-funded HSA
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid downtown Nashville parking
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
