SAP EWM lead/ Principal consultant 
Bilingual (English & Spanish) 
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote and >50-80% travel)

Job Description:

Reporting into one of our Digital Supply Chain Leads, you will join a team that has been executing major transformation initiatives and critical projects for our clients. The Argano Digital Supply Chain practice helps organizations model and integrate their supply chains. We implement models for every step in the supply chain process, from a tactical Sales and Operations Planning process; or identifying the best aggregate supply and demand balance; to an executional Production Scheduling process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support SAP EWM implementation projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Design and configure SAP EWM modules to meet client needs, including Warehouse Structure, Warehouse Process Types, and Warehouse Order Creation Rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP) to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to showcase SAP EWM capabilities and gather user feedback.
  • Perform data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP EWM solutions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues or enhancement requests related to SAP EWM.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM developments, releases, and best practices.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • Supply Chain Management or IT degree and/or 12-18 years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain execution.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 12-18+ years of experience as an SAP EWM lead Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Looking for Bilingual (English & Spanish) speaking candidate. Should speak fluently in Spanish. 
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including Inbound and Outbound Processes, Warehouse Monitoring and Reporting, Yard Management, and Integration with SAP ERP systems.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM is needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter, able to research a topic and offer a solution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with SAP Public Cloud is preferred.
  • SAP certifications in SAP EWM or related areas are a plus. 

Travel:

  • Must be able and willing to travel to customer sites 50-80% of the time.
