The Compute Engineering Services (CES) team provides first-level remote support to efficiently resolve customer-impacting issues. The team manages enterprise infrastructure installation and decommissioning, ensuring power distribution and cooling systems meet operational standards. Collaborating closely, members maintain system performance and reliability while following established procedures. Leveraging expertise in infrastructure maintenance, automation, and capacity management, the team supports business needs by focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
