Position Summary
Hunter Quinn Homes is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across multiple locations, including corporate offices, operational sites, and remote facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, user support, vendor management, and technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise infrastructure, and a proven ability to support industrial or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple business locations.
  • Ensure reliable delivery of IT services, infrastructure availability, and end-user support.
  • Establish and maintain IT operational standards, processes, and service delivery practices.
  • Execute enterprise IT strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and technology initiatives.
  • Oversee infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Manage technology deployments, upgrades, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and escalation support for complex technical issues.
  • Support cybersecurity programs, risk management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response activities.
  • Support digital transformation and business technology initiatives.
  • Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and asset management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering a culture of accountability and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, including 3-5+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience supporting residential or commercial construction, real estate, or similar multi-location environments.
  • Expertise with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, database management, and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong enterprise infrastructure experience including networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, telecommunications, and secure remote connectivity solutions.
  • Strong cybersecurity knowledge including identity and access management, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Strong IT Service Management (ITSM), vendor management, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management experience.
