An Over-the-Phone (OPI) or Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) at Homeland Language Services provides accurate, clear, and professional communication between non-English and English speakers. Responsibilities:
- Answer calls or video sessions professionally, following the Interpreter's Code of Conduct.
