• Deliver direct clinical services in both office and community settings, focusing on assessing and treating clients with severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and organize detailed assessments when necessary, ensuring clients receive tailored care.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring continuity of services by coordinating with other professionals and family members.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, managing a diverse caseload reflective of our client population.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support when clients face challenging emotional situations.
• Monitor client progress and recovery while maintaining timely and accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Actively participate in team meetings and committees to enhance service delivery and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.

You will work primarily with individuals suffering from major mental health challenges and emotional disturbances, particularly those in crisis due to substance use and detoxification needs. Your interactions will be characterized by respect for their diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring service delivery aligns with their specific traditions and values. By focusing on empowerment and choice, you will create an environment where clients feel safe and supported as they navigate their treatment journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• In-depth knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies relevant to mental health and crisis management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity for effective collaboration across diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and accreditation standards.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly in environments focusing on mental health and substance use disorders. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and integrated care approaches will be considered an advantage. Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools is also beneficial to streamline patient care management.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
