Voice Counseling and Life Skills Consultation Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in providing comprehensive mental health services. This role is exclusively remote and focuses on delivering school-based consultations and direct support for students in Paradise Valley, Nevada. This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with students and educational staff across various schools. Our work setting emphasizes collaboration among a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about mental health and community service. You will have the flexibility to craft your schedule while ensuring timely and effective support for your clients.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments for clients presenting symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with families, educators, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support systems.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy to assigned clients, focusing on skills development and emotional regulation.
• Identify and report unsafe situations promptly, employing appropriate risk management strategies to ensure safety in all interactions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share resources, and strategize on collaborative treatment plans.
• Engage in crisis intervention initiatives, responding swiftly to acute needs as they arise, and ensuring appropriate referrals to external resources when necessary.
• Maintain patient records accurately and in a timely manner, fulfilling all documentation requirements and data submission in accordance with agency standards.

This position focuses primarily on students within the school system who may be experiencing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. You will work collaboratively with school staff to identify these students and provide the necessary support to help them thrive academically and emotionally. Your expertise will not only contribute to individual growth but will also enhance the overall school environment by promoting mental health awareness and resources.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's Degree in Social Work is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and a commitment to cultural competence.
• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple cases and responsibilities.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience with children and adolescent populations is preferred.
• Expertise in crisis management, risk assessment, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

The expected salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
