Team Red Dog is hiring a Content Curation Specialist for our client, a global productivity and collaboration leader and AI-driven technology organization. In this fully remote role, you will shape AI-powered content experiences across Microsoft 365 applications—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Create, and emerging Copilot experiences—by combining content strategy, CMS publishing, data analytics, and visual design expertise. You'll leverage customer insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to optimize digital content collections that reach millions of users worldwide while influencing future content investments and AI-driven experiences. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic content professional who enjoys translating analytics into compelling customer experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and business impact.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Content curation and CMS expertise with 5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital content collections, metadata, publishing workflows, and content lifecycle management across customer-facing platforms.
  2. Data analytics and reporting experience with 3+ years of experience analyzing content performance metrics, customer engagement data, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive strategic recommendations.
  3. Content strategy or digital merchandising experience with 5+ years optimizing digital content experiences through curation, experimentation, customer insights, and performance analysis.
  4. Strong visual design judgment with the ability to evaluate layouts, templates, imagery, usability, and overall content quality while balancing creativity with measurable business outcomes.

Opportunity Overview:

Join a team at the forefront of AI-powered content innovation, helping shape the experiences millions of Microsoft 365 customers encounter every day. This role combines content strategy, analytics, visual design evaluation, experimentation, and AI-enabled content experiences, offering the opportunity to directly influence how users discover, create, and engage with content across Microsoft's productivity ecosystem. Working alongside content strategists, designers, product managers, and engineers, you'll help define content quality standards, improve customer engagement, and guide future investments in AI-generated experiences.

How you will make an impact:

  • Curate and optimize digital content collections across Microsoft 365 experiences, ensuring customers receive relevant, engaging, and high-quality content.
  • Evaluate content quality, visual design, usability, diversity, and customer value across multiple product surfaces.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, customer engagement signals, experimentation results, and usage trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into strategic recommendations that influence content investments and product priorities.
  • Develop scalable curation frameworks, quality standards, and content evaluation methodologies.
  • Partner with design, content, product, and engineering teams to execute content experiments and evaluate customer outcomes.
  • Publish and maintain content using internal CMS and publishing platforms while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders through compelling data-driven storytelling.
  • Continuously improve content strategies based on experimentation results, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Support AI-generated content initiatives that enhance customer experiences across Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content curation, digital merchandising, product strategy, design research, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on CMS experience managing enterprise-scale content collections, publishing workflows, and metadata.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing performance metrics, customer engagement data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout composition, customer-centered design, and content quality evaluation.
  • Experience supporting experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or customer engagement analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, content, and engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content experiences, recommendation systems, personalization, or digital content ecosystems is highly preferred.

What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:

Successful candidates combine exceptional analytical thinking with strong creative judgment. They understand both why content performs well and how thoughtful design influences customer behavior, using data to support strategic recommendations while maintaining a high bar for content quality.
