Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming client calls and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, billing concerns, and general account needs.
  • Review client policies and help ensure coverage and account information are accurate and up to date.
  • Document all client interactions, requests, and account updates accurately.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities by recognizing additional insurance needs during client conversations.
  • Refer qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales members when applicable.
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, service processes, and licensing requirements.
Requirements

Licensing: Active Property and Casualty License required.

Remote Work Location: Candidates must be located within one hour of Arizona's time zone, and maintain high speed internet and a private workspace
