Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific therapeutic needs.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and progress, frequently reviewing these plans to adapt to changing needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches in delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions according to best practices and client scenarios.
  • Record progress in client care and maintain accurate, confidential records to comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute episodes, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Engage in collaborative practice through regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to maintain comprehensive client care.
  • Participate in professional development through continual education courses and workshops to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to integrate into practice.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
