Key Responsibilities Assist clients and employees with benefits enrollment and account setup Explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner Conduct virtual meetings and communicate with clients by phone, email, and video Maintain accurate client and enrollment information Follow up with clients to ensure enrollment processes are completed Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support Build strong professional relationships with clients and team members Participate in virtual training and team meetings Stay current on benefit offerings, enrollment procedures, and company guidelines Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions
