You will connect with clients primarily using telehealth platforms, utilizing advanced technology to provide seamless counseling experiences. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individual clients and groups, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each unique situation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records, ensuring timely updates and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Evaluate clients' mental health needs by testing, assessment, and initial consultations to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Implement specific counseling activities and interventions, continuously adapting your approach based on client progress toward established goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case consultations, contributing insights to enhance patient care.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in every aspect of clinical practice, actively participating in professional development activities.
• Attend regular meetings and conferences to stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele facing various mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, family issues, and other psychological complexities. The clinic emphasizes a patient-centered approach, valuing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or closely related fields.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation and data analysis.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with EMR systems are highly desired qualifications. Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities or specialties can enhance your candidacy.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by an extensive benefits package. Additional perks include:
