• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, including structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals and individual circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, such as individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy settings.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
• Safeguard client confidentiality by maintaining meticulous records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions and attend professional training to continuously enhance clinical skills and competencies.
• Follow ethical guidelines set forth by professional boards and maintain high professional standards.

The clients you will support at Eden Behavioral Health Center span a wide demographic spectrum, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Whether providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, you will play a crucial role in facilitating healing and personal growth within this diverse population.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A genuine, empathetic demeanor and a deep commitment to improving client well-being.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with the ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.
• A strong dedication to ongoing professional education and skill enhancement.

• A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Experience with teletherapy or virtual treatment modalities is highly desirable.
• Prior work in community health settings or experience with diverse populations is a plus.
