This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while being part of a collaborative virtual team. • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, utilizing established frameworks and tools for accurate diagnosis.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, drawing from evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate ongoing telehealth counseling sessions through secure platforms, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster client engagement and progress.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to all confidentiality protocols in alignment with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to support holistic client care and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including webinars and workshops, to stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in counseling.

Our client base is diverse and presents a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Beautiful Reflection Counseling Center, you will work with individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups, each presenting their unique experiences. Understanding and skills in cultural competency are essential for fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting.
• Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to connect with diverse populations.
• A team-oriented mindset with the capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Previous experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapeutic sessions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience in developing and facilitating group therapy sessions is a plus.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
