• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans, addressing individual goals and challenges.
• Employ the electronic medical record system to accurately document client progress and update the social work plan regularly.
• Maintain an active and valid Oregon driver’s license, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Supervise a manageable caseload, ensuring timely response to client needs and adherence to established therapeutic timelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, as mandated by licensing bodies, to stay current in therapeutic practices.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to foster a cohesive, supportive therapeutic environment.
• Adhere strictly to all relevant ethical standards and organizational policies to maintain integrity and professionalism in your practice.
• Support clients in navigating any social or financial challenges, providing resources and referrals when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor to facilitate the smooth operation of the service.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with youth seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with young clients will be crucial in establishing trust and facilitating a therapeutic alliance. We are looking for someone who can adapt their approach based on individual client needs, providing a safe space for them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

• A valid independent license to practice in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required.
• A Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a must, enabling you to manage a full caseload efficiently.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems for effective documentation and communication.

• Previous experience working with youth or in school-based settings is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated ability to motivate clients and maintain enthusiasm in the face of challenging caseloads.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote client-centered care.
