Your Responsibilities:

Greet each call with a warm welcome! A peppy, confident and competent demeanor! You enjoy connecting with people and helping people! You're triaging calls and directing patients to the right place!

• Manage incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism.

• Direct calls to the appropriate parties, ensuring streamlined communication.

• Record messages accurately and promptly when required.

• Triage incoming calls, prioritizing patient needs for swift resolution.

• Relay important updates from calls to front office staff and medical personnel.

• Reschedule appointments

• Send emails to patients with basic documents

• Proactively disconnect and filter spam calls to maintain a focused communication environment.

• Utilize and handle basic HubSpot functions, showcasing tech-savvy capabilities.

• Willingness to learn and establish a thorough understanding of the office EMR scheduling system to assist patients effectively.

• Provide clear driving and parking directions to enhance the patient experience.

• Take charge of basic communication credentialing for the company, showcasing attention to detail.

• Send appointment confirmations and maintain proactive communication with patients.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections and rapport with others, creating a great first impression of our company.

• Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in customer service or reception experience.

• Self-motivated and autonomous individual who thrives in a fast-paced and busy environment.

• Enthusiastic learner with a strong desire to acquire knowledge about all our services and products, enabling the delivery of world-class service and assistance to those calling in.

• Proficient in utilizing a computer, Google Suite applications, and multi-line phone for efficient service and the ability to manage and track customer interactions and provide accurate information.

• Reliable internet speed above 60 MBPS is essential to ensure uninterrupted communication and workflow. An ethernet connection is preferred.

• Organized and efficient time management skills, allowing for effective prioritization and execution of activities, ensuring optimal productivity and service.
