Job description

VetsEZ is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) project. In this role, the ideal candidate will support the design, customization, and maintenance of solutions in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). Additionally, work with business stakeholders and IT teams to configure features, assist with development tasks, and ensure scalable, efficient solutions that improve business operations.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and ensure performance optimization.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
  • Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Prior federal government experience supporting or implementing CRM solutions.
  • Experience working with the VA or other federal agencies.
  • Active or the ability to obtain a government clearance.
  • Background in data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and DevOps practices.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
