Remote viewers may be employed in fields such as paranormal research, security consulting, or private investigation. While the legitimacy of remote viewing remains debated, some individuals claim success in providing useful insights.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Remote Viewing position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Remote Viewing job, candidates typically need strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately document and communicate findings, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with surveillance or monitoring software, video analytics tools, and familiarity with standard operating procedures is often essential. Strong reliability, professionalism, and the ability to stay focused during long periods of monitoring make candidates stand out. Job description

Atolls is the world's largest community-driven shopping platform, active in 20+ markets.
We help millions make smarter spending decisions across discovery, evaluation, and (re-)purchase by connecting people with the right brands and retailers.
Our 1,000+ team across 10 countries builds products used every day at global scale, where you'll have real ownership and see your impact. Want to shape the destinations people rely on to shop with confidence? Keep reading.
About This Role:
In the US, we have a small team focused on pepperdeals.com, Atolls' community-driven product, where real users find and share deals. We care deeply about helping everyday people save money, and we hope you'll join us in building a savings community people genuinely trust. Pepper US launched in mid-2025 and is scaling quickly with a dedicated local team.
We're now hiring a Content Creator (US-based, remote) to help grow Pepper in the American market through high-converting short-form content. This role is fully focused on Pepper US.
This position does not include a relocation to the US. Candidates must already be US-based.
Responsibilities:
  • Pitch, film, edit, and publish short-form content for our TikTok + Instagram
  • Post 1-2 videos a day consistently across social platforms
  • Turn daily deals on Pepper into scroll-stopping videos that help viewers discover Pepper and convert them into users
  • Develop and test creative variations of top-performing formats (hooks, scripts, pacing, thumbnails)
  • Monitor content performance and iterate weekly based on what's working (and what isn't)
  • Manage & respond to comments/DMs across assigned accounts in a timely & helpful manner
  • Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual assets (IG stories, carousels, thumbnails, etc)
  • Stay on top of trends and regularly bring ideas to team meetings
Requirements:
  • Based in the US with native-level English (strong written + verbal communication)
  • 1+ years of proven experience creating social media content (*please include a portfolio)
  • Comfortable on camera and able to execute a wide range of formats (talking head, day-in-the-life, memes, trends, quick caption-led videos)
  • Proficiency in video + photo editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently
  • Passionate about shopping/deal-hunting and excited about helping people save money
Bonus:
  • You've grown a social media following to 10k+ (or helped grow a brand account in a meaningful way)
  • You have a track record of creating videos that drive clicks/installs/sign-ups, not just views
  • You've built repeatable series formats (ex, "day 1 of...")
  • You can batch shoot and keep a consistent content cadence
  • You've worked with UGC-style content before (natural tone, not ad-y)
Here is what the hiring process might look like:
  • Intro Call: Meet one of our Talent Experts and get a quick overview of Atolls, the role, and the basics.
  • Technical Round: Meet your potential manager. We'll dig into your content experience, how you approach shopping/deals, what you've learned from past work, and why you're interested in Pepper.
  • Work Sample: Because content fit is a key factor for this role, we require candidates to complete a short work sample. Details come via invite after the Technical Round.
  • Final Round: One conversation to review your work sample and walk through your creative process, so we understand how you think, iterate, and make content choices in the context of Pepper.
  • Some processes might slightly change according to role/needs
Our Benefits:
At Atolls, we believe in nurturing both your professional and personal growth. Here's what you can expect:
โ€ข A culture that values personal and professional development, with internal mobility opportunities.
โ€ข A supportive and open-minded team that embraces diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
โ€ข 32 days of paid vacation plus your birthday off, giving you the time you need to recharge.
โ€ข A flexible hybrid working scheme to balance work and life.
โ€ข Access to a learning budget and internal training to help you grow in your role.
โ€ข Mental health coaching to support your well-being.
โ€ข Regular global and local get-togethers to celebrate successes and build connections.
โ€ข The possibility of taking a sabbatical after three years with the company.
โ€ข A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are.
*These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location.
