Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adults through virtual sessions, utilizing techniques best suited to individual client needs.
• Document therapy sessions with precision, ensuring proper record-keeping for ongoing patient care and compliance with industry regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance your therapeutic skills and keep abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Manage your own calendar, setting flexible hours to accommodate client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current and valid professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapeutic services to adults, demonstrating a consistent track record of client-centered care.

• No disciplinary actions or sanctions against your professional license in any jurisdiction.
