Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to guide clients through their mental health challenges and support their paths to recovery.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client needs, preferences, and progress.
• Facilitate sessions designed to enhance clients' self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms through various therapeutic techniques and exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC with Gotham Enterprises, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a range of mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach to counseling.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth services, including digital platforms for scheduling and client management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth counseling services is a plus.
• Previous experience with solution-focused therapy or other similar modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of multicultural issues in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
