This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide therapeutic support to adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. You will have the flexibility to create your own hours while meeting the full-time requirement of over 30 hours each week. • Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video-based sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly, tailoring interventions to align with individual goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges faced by clients, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Assist clients in developing new skills for coping with stress, solving problems, and enhancing communication, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest research to enhance your counseling practice and strategies.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults facing low-acuity mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate daily life challenges, employing strategies that promote resilience and personal growth. Your empathetic approach will allow you to build trusting relationships, fostering a therapeutic alliance that effectively supports their mental health journeys.

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, with no recent disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with telehealth platforms and the ability to maintain stable internet connectivity.

• Experience in providing counseling in a remote setting is highly preferred, with familiarity in conducting assessments and therapy exclusively through virtual methods.
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload while ensuring quality care and timely follow-up.
• History of collaboration with other mental health professionals to enhance client support.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer the following benefits:
