• Engage in ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions through video chat platforms.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual treatments that align with client needs.
• Assess and monitor clients’ progress throughout treatment, adjusting therapy goals and methods as necessary.
• Assist clients in developing deep insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships to enhance self-awareness.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current state license, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Psychologist (PsyD)
• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, with no current disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a naturally empathetic demeanor towards clients.
• Proficiency with computer systems and platforms for video conferencing.
• Stable high-speed internet connection for effective communication during therapy sessions.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience providing virtual therapy, specifically in a telehealth environment. Familiarity with various therapy modalities and an ability to adapt treatment styles to suit individual client needs will be an asset. A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training in mental health topics will be viewed favorably.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 for full-time positions, along with $65,000 per year for part-time roles based on hours worked. Benefits include:
