The Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work from your own space while utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. • Conduct thorough assessments via video calls to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific therapeutic needs.
• Design, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and challenges, adapting as necessary based on client progress.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring the use of evidence-based interventions to support healing and growth.
• Share your expertise in crisis intervention, delivering immediate support and solutions to clients in acute distress.
• Document and maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, complying with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Stay current with mental health best practices and participate in ongoing professional development and supervision, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your work will significantly contribute to clients' insights and coping strategies, helping them navigate their life challenges more effectively. The therapy sessions you conduct will not only focus on symptom relief but also aim at enhancing the overall quality of life for each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
