This role is entirely remote, allowing you to treat clients from the comfort of your own space. Our advanced telehealth platform streamlines your workflow, enabling you to focus on what truly matters: your clients. You will use state-of-the-art technology that integrates all necessary tools, eliminating the need for additional software downloads or extensive paperwork, which means more time for client engagement and less time on administrative tasks.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide 45-minute solution-focused therapy sessions via video chat.
• Manage a flexible schedule, with the option to work between 5 and 40+ hours weekly based on your availability.
• Utilize the platform's automated systems to minimize documentation, allowing you to concentrate on patient care.
• Receive a steady stream of client referrals based on your selected demographic preferences, ensuring you work with clients suited to your expertise.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship dynamics, and grief. Notably, a significant portion of our clients are young females under 35. The sessions you conduct are typically short-term, with clients usually remaining engaged for no more than 24 sessions, allowing for focused and intensive therapeutic work.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Independent licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory; we do not accept associates or interns.
• A reliable computer and smartphone, alongside a dependable internet connection, to facilitate seamless communication with clients.

While not required, experience working in telehealth or counseling clients with similar issues can be beneficial. We welcome candidates who have experience in providing care to a diverse population and those who are skilled in utilizing technology to enhance therapeutic practices.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and weekly hours worked. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus, full-time therapists will receive a monthly stipend covering medical, dental, and vision expenses, along with weekly direct deposit payments for financial convenience.
