As a Mental Health Therapist at Innvouz, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting empathetic individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Developing detailed, individualized treatment plans with measurable objectives that reflect clients’ unique challenges and aspirations.
• Facilitating self-exploration and insight for clients, helping them better understand their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Regularly assessing and monitoring client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implementing and teaching effective coping strategies and life skills to aid clients in managing their mental health effectively.

Innvouz primarily serves stable, low-acuity adult clients, allowing you to focus on clients who can benefit greatly from your expertise while managing a predictable caseload. You will engage with a diverse range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, thus enriching your experience and skill set in addressing various challenges faced by adults in today’s society. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, unencumbered license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• No disciplinary actions or limitations against your license.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and basic computer applications to document sessions and track progress.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a community health setting, an understanding of various therapeutic modalities, or specialized training in specific populations (e.g., trauma-informed care) will be highly regarded. Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt strategies to meet dynamic client needs are also advantageous.

Innvouz offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
