Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide outpatient mental health services through a secure telehealth platform.

In this role, you will work directly with clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Your responsibilities will include completing assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual therapy, documenting progress, and adjusting care based on each client’s needs.

This is a full-time remote opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through telehealth
  • Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Provide evidence-based counseling interventions
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Assess for safety, crisis, and risk concerns

Requirements
