Job description

Position Title: SAP Lead ABAP Developer

Duration: 5 Years Contract

Location: 100% Remote

Required Skills/Experience

  • Eight years’ experience as an SAP lead developer, managing a development team of ten to fifteen resources.
  • Eight years’ experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
  • Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SuccesFactors EC.
  • Four years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
  • Two years’ experience in training & mentoring public sector employees from entry level and above.

Preferred/Not Required

  • Knowledge and experience with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development.
  • Two years’ experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Two years’ experience with SAP Process Integration.
  • Two years’ experience with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling.
  • Two years' experience with migration between third-party vendor systems.
  • Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents.
