This is not a pure modeling role - it's a strategic leadership position responsible for guiding complex electrical VDC projects from kickoff through closeout while developing high-performing global teams.You'll partner directly with major clients, internal leadership, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope - while continuously raising the bar on quality, innovation, and operational discipline. When projects demand it, you lean in. The Win-WinThis role is ideal for an experienced electrical VDC leader seeking broader impact, strategic client ownership, and team leadership - while enabling VIATechnik to scale high-quality delivery and expand its global VDC capabilities. Compensation and featured benefits:The pay for this position is $110,000 – $130,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experienceHealth insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)Dental and vision insurance.
