Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, including the completion of behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as required, engaging with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans that promote patient recovery and mental wellness.
  • Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring clinic adherence to high standards of practice.
  • Serve as a key liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance resource availability and support for clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to promote the clinic’s mission and meet contract standards.
  • Foster relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to secure partnerships and funding opportunities that enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, participating in statewide meetings, and representing the agency in community forums.
  • Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.
