Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack .NET Engineer to lead a team of developers on a large-scale legacy application modernization project.

The team is transforming a monolithic application into a cloud-native, API-first and microservices-based platform using modern development practices and AI coding tools.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a development team and own technical delivery, code quality, and reviews.
  • Develop hands-on using C#, .NET, React and TypeScript.
  • Design and build REST APIs, microservices and event-driven solutions.
  • Work with Azure/AWS, CI/CD and modern cloud technologies.
  • Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.
  • Review and validate AI-generated code and tests before production.
  • Help developers use AI effectively through prompts, specifications and coding standards.
  • Ensure strong unit, integration and end-to-end testing practices.
