Collaborates with business and technical staff to move designs from concept into production.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Consistently delivers designs that are complete without need for clarification on design details
  • Deeply understands industry patterns, identifying how and when they are effective
  • Creates new industry patterns when needed, validated with research
  • Understands competitor landscape and industry trends for use cases, using insight to inform product strategy and identify sustainable competitive advantages
  • Leverage inputs from user research, usability testing, customer support feedback, and analytics to constantly iterate and improve the product
  • Articulate design decisions and trade-offs, both verbally and visually, across disciplines
  • Partner with engineering very closely to ensure design concepts are both feasible at the start, and properly implemented at the end
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6-8 years of directly related experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Expertise with Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision and/or other modern prototyping tools
  • Proven experience delivering concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes required for anything from user research to internal feedback gathering
  • Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
  • A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
Pay Range: $112,400.00 - $149,800.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
