Job Description:
  • This hands-on Senior Endpoint Engineer role supports endpoint modernization initiatives across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, executing configurations, automation, and technical troubleshooting to improve platform reliability, security posture, and user experience for the client's Endpoint Services team.
Job Summary
  • Implement endpoint configurations, policies, and profiles using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and JAMF across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments.
  • Execute and document pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate endpoint behaviors, performance, and security posture.
  • Develop scripts, automation, and configuration artifacts to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
  • Perform deep technical troubleshooting, including issue reproduction and log analysis, in partnership with delivery teams for remediation.
  • Support endpoint compliance and vulnerability remediation by validating configurations and outcomes.
  • Produce technical documentation and runbooks to improve operational readiness and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to endpoint modernization and continuous improvement initiatives under the technical direction of the Principal Engineer.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 6 to 10 years of endpoint engineering experience in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and JAMF, with experience managing Windows 10/11 environments and familiarity with macOS and mobile device management.
  • Proficiency with Azure, Windows 365, SCCM, and GPO.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills with experience in endpoint compliance and vulnerability remediation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within established team environments alongside MSP partners and delivery engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation, runbooks, and execution evidence for architecture and governance review.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and comfort making technical recommendations to leadership.
  • Flexibility to participate in meetings outside of standard US hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) to support a global team.
